DRY ROSE’ is here! – Friday July 1 2022 noon!  With summer in full swing we are releasing our Dry Rose’ for your enjoyment!  This is 100% Chambourcin,  a very dark red French Hybrid grape.  The grapes were destemmed then pressed (not crushed, whole berry pressed) to minimize the color from the skin transferring to the juice.  Non the less this is a darker Rose’ than we are used to,  it is unfiltered or finned, as natural a product as we can produce.  Come on out and enjoy our Provence style wine and Lavender patch.

THANKS for a FANTASTIC YEAR!! We are closing the tasting room for the 2021 season Saturday December 4, 2021 at 6 p.m. Thanks for the many friendships we have cultivated over the past. We look forward to continue building them in the coming years.

Saturday June 20, 2020!!  Come enjoy the SUMMER SOLSTICE with us.  The sun will hit the Tropic of Cancer at 5:43 P.M.  marking the start of Summer.  The sun will set at 8:53 P.M. making this the longest day of 2020.  We will remain open until 9:30 P.M.  Wine will be available by the bottle and a limited selection of wine by the glass.  Bring a snack, or whatever and celebrate with us.  As always social distancing is practiced. Tomorrow June 5, 2020!  This is the limited release of 144 bottles.  2016 was a fantastic vintage, the grapes we harvested, destemmed/crushed and fermented without the addition of sulfites.  Fermentation was at 70F, and the first 50% of fermentation was by native yeast, then cultured yeast was added to make sure we reached a dry wine.  The young wine was racked 3 times by January 2017, then racked into French Oak Barrels, there it remained until December 2018,   racked into a stainless tank and allowed to marry until July 2019.  It was then bottled (un-filtered, un-finned) and has been aging in the cellar ever since.  We are sharing some of this with you now, and may at a future date release another limited number of bottles.
