It’s that time of year again!! The nip in the air means it is time to RELEASE……….THE CAPTAIN’S GLUHWEIN! Available starting tomorrow. Come on out and have a glass of this Hot spicy grog! We also have a new batch of Dark Chocolate Wine. All in time for the Holidays!! Cheers

We’re Open Memorial Day! – May 28, 2018
We will open on Monday May 28, 2018 at Noon to 6 p.m. for Memorial Day. We are providing a 10% discount for all our Veterans’.
Please take a few moments this weekend to thank those who have given so much, (even the ultimate gift) for all the FREEDOMS we daily take for granted.

Frost Control Sprinklers at Work in the Vineyard.
April was cruel. Three of our nine blocks covered with, a water flow rate of 53 gallons/ minute. April 20’s low temperature of 23.6, with below freezing temperatures for 6.5 hours will definitely hurt the vines. The water has to run until all the ice is melted probably around 11am, ( total run time of about 9 hours). Boy, if we have a harvest this year we may have to change the label to “ICE AGE!”

The Tasting Room will be closed this Saturday, April 21, 2018. We will be away for a friend and neighbor’s funeral. We apologize for any inconvenience .
2018 Season Opening – Friday, April 13 at Noon!
Come and enjoy the bud’s breaking in the vineyard, and the great spring day. We are releasing our 2015 CHARDONNAY this Friday. This is the last “Old World” Chablis style Chardonnay we will have until at least 2020.

EXTENDED OPENING FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING!
To assist our customers with their holiday shopping we are opening the tasting room for bottle purchasing from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, November 27th through Thursday November 30th. We will be open normal hours (noon to 6 p.m.) on Friday and Saturday December 1st & 2nd.
Our “Captains” Gluhwein is available this week.
The tasting room will close for the season December 3rd and will reopen in April 2018. During this time bottle sales are available by appointment. Please call us at (404) 731-5906 and arrange a time for your purchases.
